Ask us for R500! If you’re not already an OUTsurance client, complete a personal car insurance quote. If we’re more expensive than what you’re currently paying (on a like-for-like basis), you can ask us to pay you R500)!

This is either False Advertising or a total waste of time, I spend nearly 45min on a call with a consultant by the name of Audrey on the 26th Aug in the evening. Unfortunately didn't take her surname, She sounded sincere but quoted me way to over for a car insurance than what I am currently paying. After convincing me on how great outsurance is... I told her that it wouldn't make sense for me to pay R2100 or R1800 to Outsurance than R763 which is what I am paying through King price. She became persistent to take upon a house content insurance and life insurance. And said that might help to get a lower premium which I doubted, she said that she will send me an Sms with a link for the payout. Up until today nothing, I am sure it's very stressful to work in sales but I think it was just being pity of her not to send the Sms Or just being spiteful. I didn't want to send a complaint but just to make the management of outsurance or whoever that may be concerned of this sort of behavior. It is totally Unexceptable!! PLEASE STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME WITH FALSE PROMISES..
