Smile thru the call

<p>Today I was assisted by Tess, I must admit that I wasn't expecting such enthusiasm in what I thought was a complicated call. She had such a heartfelt smile throughout. I am thankful to have been assited by such a professional person, who made me feel like I am chatting with a friend, at the same time.</p>
