Smash-and-grab has to be specified seperately
My first claim with Outsurance - my car's back window was smashed. Outsurance refused to pay for the smash-and-grab film to be replaced as it was not specified in the policy. I was never asked if I wanted to include smash-and-grab in the policy. To me it is so obvious that I would want it included - and my impression is that Outsurance uses this loophole to save a few Rands - at the expense of a customer.<br> I am very dissappointed
