Worst customer experience ever. Called Outsurance thrice to querry about my Smart Drive discount that was due beginning of November. Sadly I was sent from pillar to post. Looks like nobody knws who deals with this feature. Its sad cos I was really looking forward on some premiums savings.

I tried to call you to provide you with feedback.

You are currently receiving 5% discount on your vehicle premium and this will be reviewed again on may 2018. The discount came into effect on 25 May 2017.
