Smart Drive? Are you sure?

OUTsurance got this great new app for over year if i recall correctly to track your driving and you may qualify for a discount on your car insurance.

It's too bad that it doesn't work so what the actual point of having the feature? My tacker has been stuck on 28% for who knows when... when i got my new phone it went up to 30% in 1 day and thats it. And now it's stuck again. I know for a fact that the app is tracking me because i get a pop up on my notifications as soon as i pull away from my house but no update? So since the app was actually released ive been on 30%

I could've have my discount months ago. That's it if this whole thing isn't a ****
