Slow to finish the job
Very quick to respond to new quotes for new money, awefully slow, dragging their feet when it comes to claims and finishing the job! I'm getting no response from Twanano hlungwani, and Sinky Selepe!

Further to our previous response to your review, we received feedback from our assessing manager, confirming you were contacted and a proper update was provided.
It was agreed that you will collect your vehicle from our service provider and once the radar sensor, which had been ordered in the interim, has arrived, you will be requested to return your vehicle. Calibration will be done and your vehicle will be ready for collection.
We again wish to extend our apologies for the lack of proper feedback and delay in finalising the matter for you.
