Slow claim process

# *** i have this claim in January 2015 till today i had not received any helping from the person that is helping me and every time they ask for he ask new document while they can just give a list of what they need , Sent emails not been response at time it say out of office auto reply. <br> <br> last it was list of items that i was claiming for , than he come back i must tel him what went off which i did submit on the invoices and pictures and a list of items that he ask and don't see what is the problem.
