Since the accident outsurance has been very helpful. At the accident scene they advised me that the tow truck will take the car to their as*****t centre. Few mins later thehy called to find out if everyne in the car was ok and if we required any other assistance. They advised that i can log the claim on the outsurance app. As soon as i did this , same day they got the assesors out to view the damage. Following day i got feedback about my vehicle damages and the payout advise. Outsurance has been excellent with their client service.
