Since I've joined OUTsurance they have been absolutely amazing. I've logged a complaint with an accident and the advisor has been super helpful and professional and assured me that my issue will be dealt with in the best possible manner and taking extra precautions when it comes to my vehicle so there is no hidden damages or issues that arise after the vehicle has been repaired. I have had absolutely astounding experience and information and communication from OUTsurance. I feel secured, insured and my mind is at ease.
