since i joined Outsurance in 2009 i have not been disappointed. there was one time while doing a claim on my TV that i was disappointed but it was more the fault of the contractor than outsurance. the fact that i can call every year to check my coverage and adjust my prem to fit my pocket is awesome. Outsurance is the best
