Since arriving at Vodacom Menlyn, we were heartly and professionally received by staff. No waiting in queues, we were immediately placed with a competent staff member. We upgraded to new phones and other staff members immediately assisted while our lady did the admin work, one assisted with phone cover and screen cover, whilst other staff lady did the transfer if info on old phone to new phone. The staff members were at all times friendly, helpful and professional. What impressed me much, was no frustration of waiting, staff that understood exactly what you wanted and the speed of finalizing our purchases.
