Signing up for vehicle and household insurance

I was insured with Auto and General but they have become too expensive for me and were charging me for having a burglar alarm fitted security company to watch over my dwelling. I then decided to contact Outsurance with whom I already have a policy for one of my vehicles and was assisted by Lungile Buthelezi who was excellent in getting me sorted out. Her speech was clear and easy to understand and explained all pleasantly. She is also of a very joyful and happy nature on the phone and can only be an asset to any company that she is employed by. I would give her a 10 out of 10
