Sick and tired of Outsurance call centre

I have been trying to stop a debit order from my bank account without any luck, I have requested on Outsurance website, received a phone call from an agent, requested that he phoned me back after 4 pm, never received a call, phoned this morning to request again (breaking my own rule of not conducting personal business in working hours) Outsurance requested my son's telephone number (who just started working by the way and will NOT I REPEAT NOT take personal phone calls during working hours) and I told them they can email him and arrange a time after work hours to phone him, but to no avail. Outsurance insists in phoning their clients during working hours, effectively *****ing time from another employer. I insist to be phoned back today after 4 pm and sort this debit order out once and for all.

Received a phone call from your call centre on Friday afternoon, I told them they have to speak to my son also, so they made arrangements to phone on Saturday (the manager that phoned said his name was Mitchell). On Saturday they then did phone my son, and the debit order was changed. That was the end of that, so I thought, this morning I received two phone calls within minutes from your 012 number, I refuse to answer these phone calls during working hours. Not long after that I received a number of sms messages regarding your debit order facility has been unsuccessful, whatever that means.

Kelvin, I do not understand why this has become such an issue, Has the debit order been changed or not? I suggest you start listening to phone calls now.

Hi Joeline,

Thank you for notifying us. Fairbridge our client care manager called you and resolved the matter. The bank details were updated on your son's policy and Fairbridge also let you know that the sms was not related to the debit. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Regards, Kelvin
