Sibongile Molefe was attending to my claim. She’s very professional and warm, she made me feel important and she assisted me in resolving my dilemma. I was hurt emotionally, very confused and undecided. She was understanding and very patient with me. She gave me time to think, and didn’t push me into doing something without giving it some thought.
