Sibongile Molefe has been such a pleasant person. i never felt like i was speaking to an Outsurance Employee but more of a big sister who is holding my hand through every thing.she has taken me through each process and explained throughly and what i needed to submit. her calming voice truly made me feel like everything is going to okay and i am in good hands. she has made my experience less traumatic and daunting. i will never forget how she has serviced and continues to service me. a true gem Sibongile is. Her team and the Outsurance team at large is truly lucky to encounter such a beautiful person on a daily basis. 💜
