SIAS ADMINISTRATION listing on credit report
I have a listing for SIAS ADMINISTRATION that is affecting my credit report in a very negative way, this was opened on the 26th of September 2019 and I have been waiting for Outsurance to do something without success.

Thank you for raising your concerns with us regarding the SIAS administration on your score.
We escalated your complaint to our ITC Department for urgent attention and assistance. They requested the bureaus to update their details correctly as your record with us does not reflect anything outstanding.
OUTsurance is a member of the Credit Providers Association and as such we are legally obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. However, our inquiries will never affect your score.
Very sorry for the ordeal and any inconvenience as a result, the bureaus are updating their records and will notify you once done.

It has now been a month since I was informed that the matter will be sorted out but when I check my credit profile the SIAS Administration account is still there and it's decreasing my credit score, the amount is still R63. What's going on?
