SIAS ADMINISTRATION LISTING
Hello Peter, I have a SIAS Administration(Outsurance) listing dating 2018 on my Credit report, I am really struggling to get it cleared up, if I somehow owe them can I please have a settlement quote and account so that I can pay, when I called I was told I cannot possibly owe outsurance as they would terminate the contract should I default or miss payments, and that they would raise the topic with SIAS but my name is still listed to date.

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
We are members of the Credit Providers Association and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. This includes both payments of premium and where premiums are not paid. Where premiums are not paid to us, there is no money owing to us as we do not provide cover during that period.
We have notified all credit bureaus to update their records as their is no money owing or outstanding to OUTsurance.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result.

I have spoken to a Mr. David at Experian, he has not received anything from Outsurance , they are waiting for any kind of confirmation from Outsurance in order to clear my name.
Can I get referred to anyone from Outsurance who can assist.
