SIAS administration
Since December last year I have had an amount of R150 listed on my ClearScore as SIAS administration from Outsurance. I have called Outsurance every month for more than 4 months and each time they tell me they send it to the ICT to update and it never gets removed. They don’t send any emails or anything. I am not a customer of Outsurance either.

13 Nov 2020, 10:45Good day Sam,
Thank you for notifying us. The delay you describe is most certainly worrying and we will address accordingly.
We previously did send a request to all credit bureaus to update their records however Experian was the only bureaus that didn't respond. We have sent them a new request to update their records.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result.
Regards,
OUTsurance
