Good day
PLEASE HELP me with this ridiculous sickening (SIAS ADMINISTRATION account) that reflects on my credit report and on my name. I Did not give consent to open anything on my name and SA ID number on this (as Shown- Opened 8th August 2019) Also not even knowing what the hell this is. I did not open any ****** policy with Outsurance and want to know who authorized this. The journey is sickening so far to get this of my name since it is ruining my credibility and reflecting bad. No body replies me with any feedback and I am sick of this stupid train running and not getting to the station (TO SETTLE THIS PROBLEM). It is not my responsibility to dispute this (LIKE I DID) with all the credit bureaus since I don't know or recall anything of it, except my car insurance that was canceled since I sold my car and was confirmed with the Outsurance Broker that's working for YOU. Please help or assist or even ADVISE or a REPLY will be great. Because this will be the last time I ask this.

We have further noted that you did provide us with a signed letter of authority upon inception of your policy and your cancellation request was carried out as per your instruction.
We have also referred the screenshot your have sent to us to the relevant credit bureaus and we will provide you with detailed feedback once we have received same.
