SIAS Administration
I have this SIAS Administration credit balance or R2712 on my credit scoring report which I don't know of. I cancelled my car insurance with Outsurance and my payments were up to date. Fix thia as it impacts negatively on my scoring

We are sorry about your credit profile not reflecting correctly.
Unfortunately, the credit bureaus interpret short term policy payment records incorrectly. Should no payment be received, client simply enjoys no cover. Client does not owe us.
We sent the relevant correspondence to the credit bureaus which you also received a copy of, requesting your payment profile be updated.
