Shout out to employees

Called in to put a claim and was assisted by a gentleman ( Mahlatse Bodiroa ) as soon as he heard the reason for my claim, he began by offering his condolences and words of encouragement, he assisted me with my claim till the very end and explained everything and the process. Everything went smoothly and as promised by the company and that is all thanks to employees like Mahlatse you care.
