Shocking treatment

So unfortunately life happens. In a months time I had to claim twice. One was for a 3rd party hitting me and so I had to claim for it on my cover for outsurance. That is how the law works. I have no say to it, Today my phone gets lost and consequently ****** so I had to claim for the phone. So this took me by surprise as to then be labelled by the consultant as a high risk client and outsurance have the right to cancel my cover. I said that I didn't cause the accident causing me to claim and was told but its because I claimed that I am now a High risk client. I was absolutely stunned. I have had no claim history insurance for many years and to now be treated like this was disgusting.

I will be cancelling my policy once the latest claim is settled because I have been made to feel like I am a inconvenience to them. This is why we have insurance to cover us in the event that something bad happens when you least expect it. Outsurance have hundreds of thousands of policy holders but to make me feel like I am damaging them due to my claims is preposterous. I know how the insurance business model works and thus the treatment I received was uncalled for. They claim to be the insurance that always pays when they want your business but as soon as you claim they want to make you feel like you are a problem for them.
