SHOCKING SERVICE - OUTSURANCE

We have never had to deal with a company that are so TARDY in anything they do. Our driver had an accident on the 27th May 2019 NO FAULT OF OURS, there was an eye witness that witnessed the whole accident and confirmed this. Our insurance repudiated the claim as our driver was not on our insurance which I though all along. We are now doing a 3rd party claim with OUTsurance as other driver is their client. First we were told they they are not paying the claim, after accident was not our fault, then they say they will pay a portion of the claim, still nothing, on their Liability claim form says "we do not pay for car hire costs, unless the vehicle is used for business purposes to generate an income and proof will be required", We supp**** proof as this is our business vehicle, have now come back and said will only pay R250 per day for 5 days for vehicle hire. How ********* is this, e have been without a vehicle for 7 weeks and its costing us money. Vehicle damage is R55k, now another excuse they cant get hold of our panel beaters to send them photos so they can do assessment. (should assessor not being going to see the damages physically)? And I have sent through all the photos of vehicle damage to OUTsurance of both vehicles involved on 2 occasions. We have called panel beaters on numerous occasions and have never had a problem to get through to them. WHEN WILL THIS EVER BE RESOLVED. Strangely I have just taken out insurance with OUTsurance I might need to rethink this. If this is the service I am getting now on 3rd party claim dont want to know what would happen if I had to submit a claim with them. I'm rating a 1 star as there are no 0 stars.
