SHOCKING SERVICE OUTsurance!
I have been with OUTsurance for 16 years! My 2010 BMW 320 is insured at R500 per month. I phoned them today to nominate my son as the driver. They quoted me R1850 per month!!??!! Thats R1300 more than what Im paying now!! What a *******!! I will have to look for cover for my 3 vehicles elsewhere!!

Our client care manager contacted you and explained why we cannot change the regular driver back to yourself.
The cover has sine been changed form comprehensive to limited cover and Mapula is making arrangements for the relevant conversation to be sent to you.
