Shocking service received . From first call no call backs except one . Priscilla in building but never called back as promised ..listen to your recordings !! From first phone call should have been called back, told no insurance for jewellry / watches ... time ,money and petrol wasted getting quotes for items ******. Rishi sat going through items then plays 2007 recording .. we weren't insured for jewelry and watches !! Why not tell us immediately!Building contactor not given go ahead immediately ...OUTSURANCE needed contents done ,Contractor told get excess payment ..Outsurance apologise for THEIR mistake !!! Here we sit STILL NO WINDOW (coming Mon) over THREE WEEKS LATER ! SAFETY OF CLIENT TOP PRIORITY .WHAT A JOKE! ! CLIENT NEEDN'T LIFT A FINGER !! .WASTED PHONE CALLS, TIME FOR 3 WEEKS TRYING TO GET OUR HOUSE SAFE ! Dreadful service from Outsurance ! Total lack of communication within your organization and no follow ups to check things are being done at all !!
