SHOCKING.... SECOND HAND PARTS TO BE FITTED ON MY VEHICLE ????

If you ask me this morning who is the best insurance in SA.... I would say without a doubt "OUTSURANCE" I belief in you guys, I trusted you guys, I would have moved to no other insurance company ever !!!

Ask me now a view hours later.... I had the biggest shock of my life... after paying you guys for more than 4 years... no claims at all, this morning I must hear that for my first claim the panel beaters must look for a second hand part ??????????????

What nonsense is this... who give you the right to put second hand parts on our vehicles ????

I paid you every month, from my previous car and not once did I skip a payment, for a view years and this is the service I'm getting from an professional company... SECOND HAND PARTS !!!!????

Do I trust you now ? NO !!!!! Do I still belief in you ? NO !!!!! Will I recommend you to other people ? NO !!!!! Will I change to another company ? YES !!!!!

WILL I TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW ? YES !!!!!

I still cannot believe that you would consider to put second hand parts on our cars... it is like a bad dream... SHOCKKING !!!!!
