Shocking Repair Center chosen by OutSurance

On the 06 August my wife had a accident ,on the 7 August the car was collected and Outsurance was informed that we would like the car repaired by a Alpha authorised panel beater . The car was sent to Carello Auto in Kyalami . Wow what a shock . On the 1 October we were told the car could be collected .My wife and i took time off work to collect to find the most shocking workmanship . Carrello admitted to it and said would rectify . Same thing again was told car ready again in the afternoon to find more problems to the car . Its now the 8 October and still waiting for car to be done . Have left messages for Nkully from out surance to phone me with no joy . Have asked for excess to be reduced due to time we have waited and for the costs that we have incurred running up and down to collect car when the car is actually not ready . Outsurance just give you the cold shoulder Ow yes did not mention the damage to the car was only around R35000.00 and as taken 2 months and still no car . Pathetic insurance and panel beater
