Shocking

<p>Received no notification of premium increase on policy either by email or post. They increased the premium by +-R120pm for one vehicle. When I queried I was basically told that it is not their problem if I didn't receive notification. They were not willing to budge on the premium. When I called and spoke to a second consultant I was given the same story and told if I am not happy she can put me through to cancellations and I can cancel my policy..... yay for great service (sic)......Guess what I am going to do....................</p>
