Shocked!!

After being an outsurance client for close to 8 years without one claim I finally need their help. Speaking to probably 15 different people in 2 days only 2 have been friendly and helpful. I pay for a courtesy vehicle cover on my insurance, spared no expense on my vehicle cover. A breakdown is not considered a claimable event and therefore as a single lady I am left without a vehicle for the next week. Thanks for nothing outsurance! Having to deal with a young, rude and humanely *********** manager and call centre agents who cannot say please and thank you. I say no thanks to outsurance!!
