I recently had a claim for my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back I lodged a complaint with outsurance, the did not attend to my complaint and I almost had another accident due to the negligence of the panelshop they used, I want my money back as outsurance does not live up to there expectations and promises, as my vehicle is not fixed and I had to pay excess of more then half of claim for this **** repairs, I am taking legal action as this couldve been a life threatening accident.
