Shireen Botha has been helpful

There is still the issue of the arrears on my account and will be leaving the review at one star till Outsurance get it removed from my Credit Record- as this was an error from their part.

On a positive note though Shireen Botha was very helpful escalating this urgent matter to the relevant parties.

I just hope going forward that Outsurance keep up the same level of service to actually resolve this issue they created.
