Shireen Botha Goes the extra mile!

Normally I don't like dealing with insurance companies. You get to feel like they are doing you a favour! I was shocked to find out the Outsurance for unexplained reasons did not have cover on my house contents against Burglary and theft! However, Shireen made me feel at ease about getting the problem sorted out in a fast efficient and most importantly friendly manner. The advert says with them you always get something out. Today I got a smile OUT! Thank you Shireen.
