Shining stars

<p>Thanks a million to Ronel Mahlatsi and Raymond Xulu for professional service after my first ever car accident. I think the experience might have been more awfull if it wasnt for their assistance. Ronel's voice immediately calmed me down after the accident. She first asked if i was okay before anything else. That was absolutely awesome. If ever i have to go through something like this again i honestly hope Ronel answers the phone again. Not that I want anything like this to happen again, but I do hope that Outsurance realises what a star she has been. Ray also keeped me informed al the way through and made me proud to be a client of Outsurance. Difficult to believe that we still have such great companies with such lovely staff in our country. Makes you hopeful....</p>
