<p>I got connected via the normal boring choices on the keypad and was plseasently surpriswd with a friendly Lady Biker, Shereen Botha, that could relate to me in the field I needed assistance with, within a few minutes we had all sown up and included a telecon with my wife whereby we sorted out her vehicle insurance at the same yime. </p> <p>While we were working away, confirmations came through on my mobile phone and everything was arranged for me...change of banking details, additions to my portfolio and even the inspection arrangements etc...all done!</p> <p>Great piece of work Shereen!</p>
