I was over-charged on my first premium as an Outsurance client even though I was assured that I will not be liable for the initiation fee. I called outsurance 3 times in the month of November querying the charge and all the agents promised me they would follow up on it and speak to the manager but no one ever did. I called on the second week of December and to my luck Thando Mcwabeni was on the other side. She promised to follow up on my query and get back to me and she gave me her name and surname so that should she not get back to me within reasonable time then I have a reference person the next time I called. She called me back 30 minutes later and told me that she spoke to the manager and that they have agreed to refund me within the next couple of days.
