Shandre Jonck , a shining star in dark industry.

Customary to my practice, I review my insurances, Med Aid & life choices every beginning of the year. So I was on my quest to get min 3 or more qoutes for Car & home contents. Did online quote and asked Outsurance to call me. They did the next day and I had Shandre Jonck (Dre as in Dr Dre as she broke the ice) on the line. From the beginning of the call, you could sense there was the willingness to get me on board (as she also said). But that's what you hear from every sales person , the difference here was the authenticity in her tone that made me believe I might have stumbled onto something different. Note, I am in the Customer Service industry for last years myself, which is a secret I didn't share with Shandre. She asked me as any agent is expected to, "How can I bring you home to Outsurance?". For the next 90min , sacrificing her break, Shandre proceeded to answer every small and not always easy questions until I was satisfied. The experience she gave me made me acknowledge and respect the brand of Outsurance more than the annoying ads I always see before I play any Catch-Up episode. She was patient, honest, willing , hungry & most importantly,authentic in wanting my business. This I know as she took down more of my questions that she couldn't answer immediately, promised to come back to me & she did with the answers. Rare quality in our industry to find authentic agents who when needed, throw out a script and deal with a human on the other side. Well done Shandre and may you be hungry enough to impart those qualities to others. Your Team Leader deserves a mention, although I didn't speak to them, I know they supported you when you needed them to. And I hope it wasn't because they worried about your AHT, rather the true support any TL should give their people need it. Outsurance owes you for bringing on board a potentially difficult person as customer in your business.
