Shameful with no integrity ( OUTSURANCE)
Outsurance.. passing the buck and refusing to pay out. My wife was involved in an accident with and Uber Eats motorcyclist.. It’s was raining on that specific day and the roads were wet… The biker slipped on the tar and the bike slid in front of my wifes vehicle. Both vehicles were damaged with no injuries to both drivers. The owner of the said motorcycle was very helpful and requested that we put in a claim through her insurance.. Outsurance.. After 3 months they eventually came back with a ..No payout response, saying that it was an accident and nobody’s fault… I also don’t understand the point of doing the claim through our insurance… whereby we’ll have to pay an excess of R 4000, to repair our vehicle, when she was not in the wrong…. It’s amusing and insane that people have to pay these corporate ********* religiously, to get nothing or little out of them when needed. Shameful with no integrity… that’s how I view OUTSURANCE ( Corporate ********* )

Further to our private response to you, we again apologise for the disappointing outcome of your 3rd party claim and thank you for sending us our client's claim number,
Our liability claims manager contacted your wife and explained the difference between contractual and normal 3rd party liability. He explained the reason we refuted liability. Based on the merits of the claim, our client was not negligent for applying brakes.
Regards
OUTsurance
