Shame on you Outsurance. Mistreating of old people is more than just bad service.

I assisted a pensioner with his car insurance. His late wife was an accountant and used to handle everything. I am not a broker, just a close friend of his. He got his drivers license when he was 18 and has never and I mean NEVER claimed from any insurance. He has a perfect credit rating and has never been involved in a car accident. He drives a paid off 2009 Ford Bantam with only 90 000km on the clock. When Outsurance recently re-rated his insurance, they increased his premium, while they know for a fact that the vehicle's value decreases. Only when I canceled the policy, they rudely pushed for him to not cancel and tried to bulldoze-talk him into not cancelling. They then tried to convince him that I was trying to somehow convince him to cancel to benefit from the deal myself, even though I am not a broker. He then submitted a review about the bad service online. They called him back the next day. He was busy at the time and asked for them to call back. They never did. There is nothing that upsets me more than victimizing and sucking dry of the elderly. Especially when they are really good honest people. Shame on you Outsurance.
