SHAME ON OUTSURANCE FOR NOT COVERING DAMAGES

On 29/06/2015 I was involved in an accident where a white Audi which was unable to stop at a robot rammed into the back of my vehicle.This was reported to Outsurance the next day, with whom I have been paying for full comprehensive cover. It is now 2 weeks later my claim is still unresolved.The assessor has inflated his assessment for damages to the tail light,fender & bumper which rendered my car to be a write off.Objecting to this option, I was then offered a payout value of R6100 to do the repair on my own. This payout does not even cover my damages & leaves me out of pocket. I have dealt with 4 Outsurance agents to date & each one fails to answer my queries, return calls & respond to emails. They were unable to tell me how the payout value was determined till I insisted that I must have this calculation.They cannot explain why the assessors quote is R 3000 higher than a quote I obtained privately from the very same panel beater they intended to use. They have not yet updated me on claiming from third party for damages. They even fail to pay on a minimum quote. I fail to see why I had been paying for full cover if they cannot cover the damages now. Pathetic service & attitude!
