Service you only see in a fantasy movie

It has been a long time since someone has impressed me as much as Sakhile at Outsurance.<br> <br> I was involved in an accident on 02.05.2015 where a 3rd party knocked me of my bike when he failed to observe and turned from the inner lane right in front of me driving in the outer lane.<br> <br> Initially I thought that his insurance was going to resolve everything, however after overhearing the conversation between him and his insurance I decided to let the professionals (Outsurance) resolve my claim and claim from his insurance.<br> <br> I logged my claim today at 12:21 with Sakhile Ndlalane, by 14:40, same day the assessor calls me and advices me that he is already on his way to inspect my bike.<br> <br> This type of service you only see in a fantasy movie.<br> <br> It clearly shows that Outsurance and Sakhile Ndlalane is about customer service and not about the sale, they will go the extra mile to ensure that their customers demand is met and exceeded.<br> <br> I am blown away and as always will continue to recommend Outsurance to all my family and friends.<br> <br>
