After 5 months of waiting, I finally received the good news that my excess has been recovered by Outsurance. When I made the request, I was certain that the result would be positive, so left the capable and friendly Pertunia Mafatsha to get the job done on my behalf. She had to approach the insurance companies of the two other parties, but her tenacity paid off. I am now in the position to buy that water filter sooner than I had planned and can put away some money to visit my Mom for her 70th birthday.
