<p>Hi my name is Rhulani Kubayi. I had a complaint with outsurance. Was so angry. Joined outsurance and got a better deal with onother insurance compay. Cancelled my policy and some one did not cancel the debit order.called and was promised to get my refund within 2 working days but the promise was not kept. I called to complain and was assisted by Amoure and she managed to calm me down and went an extra mile to help me. She promised to call me back of which she did. I was so impressed with her service. Thanx alot for your assistece. Service was excellent </p> <p>Because of her I would recommend outsurance to my family and friends </p>
