Service that was nothing short of exceptional

<p>Due to an unfortunate accident in December, I sustained in excess of R60K's worth of damage to my vehicle. Realising that I was going to have to pay my rather exorbitant (a decision I'd taken) excess I was left less than happy especially as the accident was not my fault. My dealings with the Outsurance legal department, specifically with Jeanine Viljoen, was an absolute pleasure. Not only did she keep me constantly informed but she assured me that they would be fighting the matter on my behalf to get the excess paid back as soon as possible. </p> <p> </p> <p>Her service and the way in which she managed the situation and dealt with me was nothing short of exceptional and professional. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Jeanine and Outsurance for resolving my matter so timeously and professionally.</p>
