Service sucks
<p>client for many years. Four month to do repairs. Was eventullay given hired car, that I must now return even though car is filthy standing for 4 months with no window, also all repirs not yet done to standard. Definately looking for another insurance company.</p>
We could have done so much better for you and sincerely apologise for making you feel as if we don't care!
Our claims manager, Zandi contacted and assisted you with the extention. You also notified her of incomplete repairs which still need to be attended to. The latter has been brought to the attention of our assessing manager as well, and progress will be monitored.
