Service Rep - Fiyaaz Kotwal

I don’t believe in insurance. I think it’s a ripoff but I am acquiring a very expensive car and would hate to be stuck with the repayments of it and not have complete use of it. This is what lead me to pursue insurance quotes.

With all of the above said, Outsurance called me on request for a quote and I was dreading it. I have very complicated circumstances but I am very impressed by the attitude, care and PROBLEM SOLVING presented by FIYAAZ KOTWAL. He was attentive and came up with solutions that would suit me, not his company (I’m sure in some way it does). I did not feel pushed into committing, ********** and smell that odour of bad attitude and bad customer service which I feel is almost synonymous with South African customer service these days.

Thank you Fiyaaz, let’s hope Outsurance can live up to your example and my future dealings with them.
