**** service from OUTsurance, very *********** staff

OUTsurance is the worst insurance company for me, We are with them for more than 10 year no issues. But as of late the service is really ***. No one is getting back to you, cant resolve simple request. i wont recommend them to anyone. The last request was for them to update my debit date and change my banking details but they failed to do so. If they cant assist with such a simple request i don't want to know if I should claim. quick to take your money but very bad service. They promised me they will process the deduction and call me back but it never happened. I'm Definitely moving to another Insurance company. I wont recommend them.
