Service from Outsurance is pathetic

Service from Outsurance is pathetic. When they market themselves, they say clients are giving them " Awesome ranking".. As a client with them, they service if full of nonsense. they do not even deserve 1 star ranking. i need tax invoice every month for the business purposes, they told me to install the app ( of which I did) and download it from there. After i downloaded it i called them stating there is no such feature for tax invoice, their reply was our app is still under review /development. You must call after the app has been finalised for such feature. Must I wait for more than 6 months to get such. This is nonsense. They must just say if they can no longer service their clients. I will never recommend anyone to take any product from Outsurance. They will frustrate you. I Spoke to Anam who feels unsafe to disclose the email adress for his supervisor, who is Ally Moodley. I tried calling back to get further details but all my attempts were in vain.
