SERVICE EXCELLENE

I was in a collision on 30 November - Outsurance lady, RETHABILE APHANE has been assisting me since then. She has been compassionate & patient, waiting for me to be discharged from hospital. She kept me informed all the way. I believe my claim will be finalized in a few days. I can honestly recommend this lady in particular. She called me within an hour of the collision to check if I was doing ok. Outsurance actually live up to and surpass their advertising. They actually all deserve a shout out - from the service provider towing my car right through to everyone that followed up from Outsurance - they treat you as a human, not just a number. THANKS AGAIN.
