Service excellence from OUTsurance

I was recently involved in a bad accident in which my car was written off. I have been a loyal OUTsurance client for 21 years and they did not disappoint. I have the names of Sandile Zulu, Thato (apologies Thato, I can't recall your surname), Roxanne van Wyk and Raneshan Govender who walked the journey with me step by step, from the actual on-scene accident contact to the finalisation of the the claim. Their service was superb - professional, really efficient and, perhaps most importantly for someone who has been through this kind of traumatic ordeal, they listened with patience, genuine empathy, kindness and support.
