Service Excellence from Migo Thomas

I must be honest, I was not looking forward to today. Shopping around for insurance is so tedious, BUT the service I received today from Migo Thomas was just phenomenal. Taking personal interest , allowing me to ask my questions and continuously ensuring my full comprehension of all the products in my policy. All this while still being a natural human being, instead of being a robot reading a script off a computer screen. It felt like I was talking with a close friend that I had known for years instead of a service consultant from a corporate company.

Migo, please continue to do what you do. You sir, are the new benchmark for I which will continue to measure service delivery. Thank you for that.

Also, to the Team Leader, Ash Parsad, thank you for continuously inspiring your team to deliver. Great leaders nurture the culture of excellence that I experienced today.
